Scope of work for Fan Coil contracts:

• Remove front and inner door and clean
• Oil motors as needed
• Scrape and clean drain pan
• Clean and vacuum pan
• Vacuum unit
• Clean coil and between fins
• Check operation blower motor
• Apply mould spray – ( concrobium )
• Blow out drain with nitrogen
• Pour water down drain to ensure clear
• Ensure shut off valves working properly
• Check operation aquastat and actuators
• Check operation thermostat
• Change filter – Delta M
• Reinstall doors
• Clean grilles
• Check operation of fan coil unit
• Submit report to management
